Engagements
At Enroute, we are committed to helping improve public and active transport - not only at a local level, but nationally where much of current policy is shaped and decisions are made. Our engagement with the Department for Transport (DfT) represents an important step in that mission.
In late-2024, we held a one-to-one meeting with representatives from the DfT external affairs to share more about Enroute and discuss how our work can be better embedded into national transport planning. We also discussed the value of social impact-driven research like ours in shaping future strategies and funding priorities.
Following this, we also submitted a formal response to the Integrated National Transport Strategy (INTS) call for evidence, which is available to read on our website.
