Max Starn

Max graduated from the University of Exeter in 2023 having studied Environmental Science. As part of his undergraduate dissertation, he assessed which currently disused railway line in the South West of England would be most suitable for rail-trail development, achieving first class honours for his work. Now volunteering as a transport analyst at Enroute along his job as a transport planner at a traffic consultancy, Max has shifted his focus from rail-trails to guided busways, exploring how disused railway corridors could be repurposed for this potential modern public transport solution.
