Here to Help is a new scheme which we have launched on a 24-month trial, beginning 11th September 2024. Please support the trial by sharing the scheme with people who may benefit from it.
Welcome to Enroute's
Here to Help scheme.
Here to Help is Enroute's new service designed to support you in addressing micro and local transport issues in your community. We believe that everyone deserves access to efficient, sustainable, and user-friendly transport. Our scheme aims to bridge the gap between community members and decision-makers, helping to resolve local transport challenges and implement positive changes.
How it works
- 1) Submit a case through our online portal
- 2) Our team reviews your case and develops an action plan
- 3) We work with you to address the issue, which may involve providing expert advice, making reports or complaints to authorities, starting petitions or communicating with decision-makers
- 4) We keep you updated throughout the process
- 5) Together, we work towards a resolution
Submit your case
