Michelle Worvell

Michelle Worvell is Enroute’s Group Communications Director and has more than 25 years of strategic communications experience in the insurance and communication sectors. Michelle previously held senior Director roles at the United Grand Lodge of England and the Chartered Insurance Institute, where she implemented new PR and marketing strategies, generated positive national coverage, launched a popular podcast series, increased UGLE’s net promoter score from -27 to -2, and won multiple industry awards. In her spare time she is part of the Sealed Knot – a 17th Century re-enactment group.
