We are seeking a passionate and driven Campaigns Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in developing, executing, and managing campaigns that advocate for sustainable transport initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas and a collaborative approach to drive our mission forward.

The role centres on comprehensive campaign development and ongoing ownership post-launch, requiring close collaboration with the team to identify crucial advocacy areas and campaign opportunities.

In terms of campaign management, you’ll take charge of overseeing each campaign’s complete lifecycle, from initial conception through to final execution. This involves coordinating with both internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure all campaign objectives are successfully met.

Regular monitoring and evaluation of campaign performance will be essential, with ongoing updates and reports provided to keep the team informed of progress and outcomes.

Community engagement forms another vital aspect of the position. You’ll be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with community groups, policymakers, and other key stakeholders in the transport sector.

This includes organising and actively participating in various events, workshops, and meetings to advance campaign goals. Additionally, you’ll need to effectively utilise social media and other digital platforms to engage with the public and enhance campaign visibility, in partnership with our Marketing Comms team.

The role also carries significant advocacy and representation responsibilities. As a representative of Enroute, you may have the opportunity to attend and participate in public forums, meetings, and media engagements.
